Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If your package is lost in transit, you need to file a claim with USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but not found, please contact your carrier.

Shipping Rates
As of 1/1/21, we offer a $5 flat shipping rate for all orders $74.99 or less. ORDERS OVER $75 SHIP FREE! All orders are shipped via USPS and are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after the order is processed.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kaceclosed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
